Our goal is to make a positive difference on young kids who come through our doors. My name is Arielle Thompson. I am the owner and operator of All In Preschool. I have nearly 20 years of experience in education. I have been a teacher, mentor, campus leader, and specialist at the district, regional, and state level. I have a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and specialized trainings and certifications in Early Learning including Texas ESL certification. I also have my certification in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Like many of you, I was thrust into the world of working from home and teaching a five year old simultaneously. It was during this time that the seed was planted to start my own preschool. I am so happy to see my seed grow into this wonderful place of learning for students.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting new places, and serving in my community. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve your family and provide this service to students.
Halecia Kelly
I am Halecia. I have transitioned into the childcare profession as a lead preschool teacher over the past year and a half. Prior to my transition, my career of 15 years entailed working for and within some of the most prestigious hospitals from Louisiana to Texas.
I am all about public and customer service. I like to provide great care and experiences to whomever paths I cross. Since transitioning to childcare, I have taken over 100 hours of training. I am also certified in adult and pediatric CPR, as well as have completed my Child Care Director's Credential which means I am highly qualified to run small and large childcare facilities. I’m loving my awesome career path!
Charde' Harvey
My name is Charde' Harvey. I am thrilled to be working with All In Preschool. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communications. I have varying experiences working in school settings including teaching Kindergarten and PreK special populations. I’ve worked with children in different capacities for years. I have received extensive training in child care and pediatric CPR and First Aid. I also have my Child Care Director's Certificate. Having two small kids of my own, I understand how difficult it is to go to work and leave your children with someone else, which is why I treat your children as though they were my own. I’m kind, patient, and loving, and I look forward to working with you and your child.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I am also a certified event planner and I spend my spare time planning events such as weddings, showers, parties, and community events.
